The Foundation For Change is non-profit and programs are supplied "at cost price" - we don't have the margins/markups used by profit oriented organzations. To offer our programs at the lowest cost possible, we need to be able to calculate our fixed costs. Please understand that teachers hired cannot be suddenly unhired, accommodation allocated to you cannot suddenly be reallocated etc. But we do understand that the circumstances behind a cancellation are not always within your control. As a non-profit organization, in the public service, we try to be as flexible and fair as possible. We publish them here so that they are transparent.

Foundation For Change Refund Policy

The Foundation For Change (FFC) or Duvira reserves the right to cancel any workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event FFC or Duvira cancels a workshop and payment has already been made a credit voucher will be issued for the amount paid, good on future trainings of equal or lesser value. However, if no future workshops are scheduled a full refund minus a $15 processing per registrant fee will be issued.

For Registrants: If request for cancellation is received no less than 5 business days prior to the event, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, minus a $15 processing fee per registrant.  An alternate representative from the same organization may be sent in lieu of the original registrant.

If request for cancellation is received within 5 or less business days of the scheduled event, or after the event, a credit voucher will be issued for the amount paid, good on future trainings of equal or lesser value.

All cancellations and request for refunds must be done in writing include in the subject Line "Request for Refund for Name & Class Date"and submit to:
